HQ STAFF ATTEND TEAM BUILDING

Workers’ Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) Headquarters staff over the weekend attended a team building retreat at Nsobe Bush Camp.
The resource person was Emmanuel Mukula; a change management expert from Splendid Trainers Limited.
The Team Building activity was designed to help build connections between members of a staff, create lasting bonds, and enable better teamwork and working practices.
