WORKERS COMPENSATION REVISED STRATEGIC PLAN LAUNCHED

Workers Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) launched its revised 2021 – 2025 Strategic Plan.
The revised Strategic Plan seeks to turn around WCFCB operations and meet stakeholders’ needs in the following priority areas, universal coverage and enhanced injury benefits, safety and health at work and high-quality social security services.
The launch was graced by the Minister of Labour and Social Security Hon Brenda Tambatamba MP, at Pamodzi Hotel in Lusaka. WCFCB Board Chairperson Mr Emmanuel Mbambiko said the 2021-2025 strategic plan has been revised to align with the transformative agenda of the New Dawn Government on the delivery of social security services for the employment injuries and diseases in Zambia.
WCFCB Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer Mr Patrick Siampwili thanked Government and other stakeholders for the support rendered during the review of the revised Strategic Plan.
